This vanity set is designed for people living in a small apartment to exploit limited bathroom space. My intention is to effectively utilise space in a small bathroom and elevate the grade of your bathroom environment.

 

This is a compact vanity unit and an innovative solution to small and dense bathrooms. It integrates the hand basin and storage cabinet in one unit, thus eliminating the time and labour on site. The design allows users to customise their own vanity unit by selecting from a number of colours and different cherry wood finish combinations. The vanity has two configurations. Users can switch from one to another easily according to their user’s storage need.

 

This vanity set combines wood finish with a polyurethane paint. The core of this unit is made from moisture resistant board. In this submission, I have selected the combination of different cherry wood finishes with black, white and red colours, which delivers a desirable and sophisticated design.

 

This design also renders an innovative user experience because of its unique accessibility to the expandable storage space and efficient approach to minimise space volume.
